Good article. I don’t have hundreds of Tumblr followers, nor do I follow hundreds in return.  I do this because there is already so much repetition among the people I do follow (I get it - everyone loves bacon, sharks, making fun of hipsters even though most people on Tumblr ARE hipsters, cats, pictures of themselves and putting up screen grabs of pop culture icons in hopes of starting a meme.)  I actually want to unfollow half of the people I read but at this point, I know too much about them and can’t.
Anywho, I would gladly welcome “outside” bloggers to the site - it’s in desperate need, in my opinion, of some differing perspectives. I can leave the site for five days and honestly - I haven’t missed a thing. It’s a real lost opportunity.

I know. Cats vs. sharks? Really? Give me a meme I can wrap myself around, like a scene-stealing squirrel.
